D: Went out for dinner with Michael (Reddy) and Pan Grant to celebrate birthday, went to Fat Angelo’s Italian restaurant, decided to try the Lamb Shanks with mashed potato and vegetables, it was a huge ass serve, but disappointingly, the lamb didn’t fall off the bone (not cooked long enough) and the potato was still lumpy( not mashed enough and not enough butter to make it creamy), the red wine sauce/gravy, did save it somewhat, but with simple care could have been so much better, rating 7.0.
